Owning a holiday home in our stunning North Norfolk location will offer you a relaxed spontaneous lifestyle. The park, being family-owned, is dedicated to exceptional customer care and providing a personalised experience.
When owning a holiday home at Woodland Holiday Park you have access to all of our on-site facilities, including our swimming pool & sauna, state of the art gym, bar & restaurant, tennis court, fishing lake and more.
A big bonus for owners is that our park is pet-friendly, dogs are not only allowed around the park but also in certain areas of our clubhouse as well as the added knowledge dog friendly beaches are close by. The facilities within Woodland Holiday Park are open 12 months of the year; however, your holiday home can only be occupied from mid-February through to the first Sunday/Monday of January. This 46-week season gives you the opportunity to enjoy Christmas & New Year with us.
Annual costs vary based on pitch location, providing flexibility for different budgets. New holiday homes come with a minimum license of 15 years on the park. Our park is exclusively for owners, and sub-letting is not allowed. Woodland Holiday Park cannot be your main residence. Owners can expect expert installation and aftercare from the on-site team and approved contractors.
